JOC works exclusively within the early years talent acquisition market and with a small, focused number of business sectors. We pride ourselves on understanding our clients’ businesses, their competition, market position and most importantly their target student profile. Our specialism in this market gives us a depth of experience that other agencies find difficult to match.
Our success has been built around connecting our clients’ personal and unique stories with their ideal future hires, then choosing the right media formats and channels through which to talk to them.
We can help you frame and tell your employee stories in your own unique style and tone, whatever your talent requirements may be. We will ensure that your content is relevant, engaging, useful and enjoyable to read, as well as selecting the best platforms through which to disseminate that content. Well-considered and well-positioned talent attraction content, produced specially with your target hires in mind, will help you increase applications from a diverse background, while promoting your company’s core employer brand values, business successes and culture in a fresh and contemporary way.
We have the capability and people to interview and film at every level within your business, from the leadership team to the newest interns, both in the UK and internationally. We work across every media format, from highly produced films to user generated content, blogs to employee profiles.
We have excellent working relationships, often at a high level of leadership, with over 60 EMEA Universities’ Careers Services as well as most leading sector media platforms such as TARGETjobs, Bright Network and specialists in the D&I space.
When approaching projects, we consider a number of broader points to ensure that your content has both impact and traction. This includes platform and media channel selection, dissemination and cost-effective live posting schedules.
How We Work
Our production process is tried and tested.
We start with a briefing meeting to discuss and agree your aims and objectives. This will cover the key motivations behind your project or campaign, the core messaging and the nature and context of the work.
Next, we agree your talent profile requirements, social platforms, publications and media channels. At this stage we also identify ideal employee contributors, imagery, EVP and marketing campaign considerations where relevant. Often in partnership with your existing agency partners and internal comms teams.
Finally, we study the current corporate and branding guidelines, agree on an approval/sign-off process, version controls, budgets and project deadlines.
Our established project management process allows us to do the ‘heavy lifting’, whilst keeping clients informed of progress throughout the project’s lifecycle.
